Privacy notice
Who is responsible
nodo is run by Gianmaria Sisti, Brussels, who decides how your data is used. Write to hello@getnodo.eu for anything in this notice.
What is collected
- Your email address.
- The phone you picked: iPhone, Android or both.
- That you gave consent, and when you signed up.
Nothing else. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party fonts or trackers.
Why, and on what basis
To email you when nodo launches on the App Store or Google Play, and to send the occasional update before then. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time, which stops all emails.
Where it is stored
In a database hosted by Supabase in its EU region (Ireland), which processes it on nodo's behalf. The site itself is served by GitHub Pages, which, like any web host, receives your IP address when you load a page.
How long it is kept
Until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion, and no longer than 12 months after nodo launches in the stores.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to receive a copy of it, by writing to hello@getnodo.eu. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit).
Sharing
Your address is never sold or shared for marketing. It is used only to write to you about nodo.
